Scott Joesph Sallinger is a lifelong entrepreneur with a rich background in home design. He started his career right after high school with a construction and carpentry business, which ignited his passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. His expertise grew to include historical kitchen remodeling, driven by a love for preserving the character of older homes.
Scott’s craftsmanship shines in his custom furniture designs, where his attention to detail and innovative thinking are evident, especially in his creative solutions for corners and small spaces.
As a dedicated writer, Scott has a deep interest in personal growth and human behavior. He studied psychology in college and completed a transformative three-year program at MTT, where he coached students in personal development. He has shared his insights in his book, numerous articles, and a series of how-to videos focused on creating a home with purpose and meaning.
Scott’s commitment to design and education also led him to the Academy of the Arts, where he graduated and later taught furniture design as a guest industry professional. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of clients find more effective ways to live at home, inspiring the creation of the Home Life Design process.
Today, Scott is a Home Life Consultant and owns a San Francisco-based business specializing in built-in cabinetry for both historical homes and contemporary spaces. He applies the Home Life Design process with each client to ensure every project meets their unique needs and lifestyle.
